Title: Case study of physical therapy treatment of ischemic stroke patient with right- sided hemiparesis Objectives: The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to process theoretical information about the diagnosis and to create case study of the ischemic stroke patient with right- sided hemiparesis. Summary: This bachelor thesis deals with stroke and is formed of theoretical general and practical special part. The general part includes the definition of stroke, anatomy of blood supply to the brain, types of stroke, stroke assumptions and its prevention, and post-stroke rehabilitation possibilities using physiotherapeutic methods and procedures applied depending on the stage of the disease. The special part describes the methodology of the thesis and contains a case study of the ischemic stroke patient with right-sided hemiparesis. The case study includes anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, course of performed therapies and final kinesiological analysis with evaluation of the therapeutic effect. Data for the processing of the special part of the theses were obtained within the continuous professional experience at the Rehabilitation Clinic of the FNKV during the period from 11-1-2021 to 5-2-2021.
